1. General Terms & Definitions

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Attempts to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the operations of the bx99 bus platform.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Making false claims or submitting misleading information to the bx99 bus support team.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing any bx99 bus staff or other members.

7. Account Security & KYC

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure, including passwords and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. bx99 bus recommends that members:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Not sharing login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Immediately notify bx99 bus if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

Bx99 bus will never ask for your password via email, LiveChat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our security team immediately.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Bx99 bus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, phishing, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member through the responsible gaming program.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Appeals Procedure

Continued use of the bx99 bus platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms and conditions in effect.

If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
